ENGINE RUNS FINE ON STARTING FLUID, 55 PSI OIL PRESSURE AT IDLE AND 75 PSI AT MID THROTTLE. UNABLE TO POWER UP ECM FOR FULL TEST RUN, OFP GUARANTEES CONDITION OF THE LONG BLOCK ASSEMBLY W/ REPLACEMENT ECM.
